HAPPY 90TH FENDI

Italian Designer Brand 'Fendi' has just celebrated it's 90th Anniversary in style! As soon as the show finished the fashion media exploded. The show was already greatly anticipated but no one knew that it was going to be quite this spectacular!

The show was held at the Trevi Fountain in Rome. Pietro Beccari, CEO of Fendi, explained that it was important to the brand to celebrate close to home. Fendi has been and still is one of the most respected widely-known Italian designer brands in the world. Karl Lagerfeld, Creative Director and Head Designer, explained that the inspiration for the collection was taken from the authentic home of the brand and the elegant illustrations of Danish Artist, Kay Nielsen.

Both Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner were featured in the show. After watching the final walk down the catwalk I was looking at Kendall's Snapchat story which included shots from the after party. Fendi continued the class of the evening by hosting a romantic Italian dinner on the Pincio Terrace, Villa Borghese.

With a show that incredible I wonder how they are planning to top it for the 100th Anniversary! Great respect and anticipation for the next 10 years of an inspiring Italian brand and the people behind the beauty that deserve every bit of the celebration.
